Herman Luo has a bachelor’s degree in economics management is graduated from Sun Wen College of Zhongshan University, Guangdong, China since 1989.

 

In 2016, he had led an Alberta Economic and Trade Delegation to Beijing to promote economic and trading activities between both countries. In 2018, He started up his own company, Ark International Consulting Company Ltd. to provide consulting service for foreign investors and personnels who wants to invest in Canada and/or immigrate to Canada with a track record of success stories.
