The Company has completed the sale of its Henderson property. The proceeds from this sale have been utilized to pay off an existing mortgage, taxes and other related fees. The net balance is being utilized to finance the expansion and operation of the Company’s Hemp project at Riverside, California.

The Company is currently in negotiations for the purchase of a licensed producer in North Las Vegas. More details to come as negotiations progress.
